Divya's mysore rasam

Last week Divya made "Mysore" rasam. It was the first time in the last 3 years, I can associate the Mysore rasam with the original "Mysore" rasam. Even though it was kind of tamarind-heavy it was reasonably close to the original. Hats off to Divya for that dish. Since coming back from Bharat, Divya is on fire when it comes to cooking. Let us all hope that she continues her form for years to come.

Pramod Mahajan

I was very sad on hearing Pramod Mahajan's passing away. I sincerely feel that he could have been a great leader. With Narendra Modi being the Prime Minister and Pramod Mahajan being the Deputy Prime Minister I thought that would be an unbeatable tandem that would help reach India that is Bharat that is Hindu Rashtra reach dizzy heights in a very short span of time. Anyway, I still hope that Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister of Hindu Rashtra one day!!!.

Pramod Mahajan will be remembered as the"thuru thuru" (meaning very chatty, witty and having an innocent smile..) guy that I have come across in the Indian political spectrum. Anyway, all good things must come to an end one day..

Pranav - 18 months

Pranav is playing great. He has started to talk. It is great fun to watch him run. He seems to have an attitude that may resemble his mom the most. He will be 19 months old in another 10 days. He has started talking in sentences like "blue car" and "red car". His favorite car is a Volkswagen Beetle which is red in color and a 1996 Dodge Viper which is blue in color. Another favorite of his is a 1948 Ford pick-up truck. Seems to be a car-savvy guy as of now.
